Tasksii is being prepared as an installable offline-first PWA. Join the list and we’ll let you know when the public version is ready.

Current status

Tasksii is currently being prepared for public launch. The first release target is the installable web app, also known as a Progressive Web App or PWA.

Once the app is ready, you will be able to open it in your browser and install it to your device for a more app-like experience.

Desktop install

On supported desktop browsers, Tasksii can be installed from the browser address bar or app menu. After installation, it opens in its own window and can continue to work offline after the app shell has been cached.

iPhone and iPad

On iPhone and iPad, Tasksii can be added to the Home Screen from Safari. This gives you an app icon and a standalone launch experience.

Native App Store release is planned later, once the app is polished enough for review.

Android

On Android, Tasksii can be installed from supported browsers such as Chrome. A Google Play version is planned later.

Offline use

Tasksii is designed to work offline. Your personal app data is stored locally on your device rather than in a required cloud account.

Moving device

Because Tasksii does not use automatic cloud sync, moving device should be handled with manual backup and restore. Export a backup from the old device, then restore it on the new one.

Store versions

iOS and Android store versions are planned, but the web/PWA version remains important. Tasksii should stay accessible as a private offline-first app without forcing users through a cloud account.
