  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Your device and browser or app version
  • Whether you were using the PWA, iOS app or Android app
  • Whether the issue affects tasks, calendar, notes, backups, photos or locations

Before contacting support

If the app is not loading correctly, try closing and reopening it first. If you are using the browser version, refresh the page and check whether your browser is blocking storage.

Because Tasksii is offline-first, your data is stored locally on your device. Avoid clearing browser storage, app storage or site data unless you have a backup or you intentionally want to reset the app.

Backups

Manual backup and restore is the portability model for Tasksii. If you are moving device, changing browser, or moving from the PWA to a store app version, export a backup first.

Photos and locations

Photo and location features depend on your device permissions. If these features do not work, check your browser or operating system permission settings for Tasksii.

App Store and Google Play

Tasksii is planned as an installable PWA first. Store versions for iOS and Android may follow once the app is ready for review.
